About the Role

If you love bringing people together and making events run seamlessly, this Project Manager (Meeting Planner) role might be your next move. You’ll lead pharmaceutical meetings and events from early planning through on-site execution and final wrap-up, keeping every detail on track along the way. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing logistics, client collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You’ll have the chance to own multiple programs at once and make a visible impact from start to finish.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Life Sciences (Pharma) is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
