Tarefas:
- Huntear, Huntear, Huntear;
- Apresentação de vagas para candidatos;
- Elaboração de relatórios;
- Aplicação de testes padrões da Novare RH com os talentos;
- Elaboração da apresentação do talento conforme padrão da Novare RH.
Responsabilidades:
- Trabalhar com processos de seleção com assertividade, buscando apresentar os melhores talentos para os nossos clientes e follow constante com os nossos candidatos.
Conhecimentos, Habilidades e Competências:
- Experiência como tech recruiter em diversas tecnologias.
Desafios:
- Fechar vagas com talentos aderentes e menor tempo possível. Trabalhamos com posições desafiadoras.
Horário de trabalho: Consultoria conforme demanda.
Remuneração: comissão conforme fechamento da vaga. A combinar.
