Job Title: HR Documents Specialist (Portuguese)

Job Type: Contractor

Location: Remote (Ideally based in the US)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, review, and enhance HR documentation and templates in Portuguese.
  2. Leverage your background in Human Resources to evaluate, organize, and optimize a wide variety of HR documents, including policies, contracts, onboarding materials, and employee communications.
  3. Provide high-quality written and verbal feedback on documentation structure and clarity to ensure alignment with best practices.
  4. Collaborate with the AI training team to deliver accurate, relevant examples of HR documentation in Portuguese, focusing on real-world terminologies and use cases.
  5. Identify gaps and inconsistencies in HR documents and recommend actionable improvements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  6. Apply Fortune 500-level standards to all documentation and input, reflecting the latest in global HR practices and process integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, with strong command of both written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, specifically working with or creating Human Resources documentation.
  4. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in HR documentation.
  6. Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies, adhering to high-quality standards and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Located in the US with deep understanding of cross-cultural HR practices between the US and Portuguese-speaking countries.
  2. Proven ability to train, instruct, or guide others in documentation best practices.
