Summary
We are seeking a product-minded Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive strategic data initiatives and AI enablement. The role requires a mature understanding of data ecosystems and artificial intelligence, moving beyond basic execution to actively shape product vision and strategy. As a TPM, you will lead high-stakes, multi-workstream programs that have a material impact on customer success and scalability. Your technical expertise, deep knowledge of data architecture, and strategic influence will be critical for guiding complex engagements to success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Overview: This engagement is focused on technical program management with a heavily product-oriented, data, and AI scope. Rather than focusing purely on delivery execution, this role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technical and business stakeholders, shaping the "what" and "why" of data programs. It is best suited for a senior professional with mature data expertise who can bring product vision to complex technical initiatives.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Shape and drive the product vision for data and AI initiatives, ensuring solutions go far beyond basic migrations to build robust, scalable ecosystems.
- Lead high-visibility initiatives requiring deep collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, resolving complex misalignments and uniting teams under a shared strategy.
- Manage the strategic alignment and change management processes for large-scale digital transformations and complex technical architecture adoption.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and a product-centric mindset to optimize large-scale program strategy and cross-functional outcomes.
- Contribute to the broader professional community through knowledge multiplication, documenting best practices, and leading internal strategy and training sessions.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong product mindset (focused on strategy, vision, and value creation rather than just execution).
A mature, deep understanding of modern data ecosystems, advanced analytics, and AI.
Demonstrated experience in complex data initiatives (must have experience significantly more advanced than basic data migrations).
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams to shape product direction.
Experience translating complex data and AI capabilities into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps.
Strong risk, dependency, and strategic alignment skills.
Excellent communication and program leadership skills.
Bonus: Databricks certification is a strong plus.
