- Modelar arquiteturas de software em nuvem;
- Planejar e executar migrações de tecnologia para aplicações em produção;
- Ter conhecimento das tecnologias utilizadas pela equipe;
- Ter capacidade de medir esforços e definir prazos de implementação;
- Saber lidar com pressão de prazos;
- Solucionar problemas que surgem durante os projetos;
- Habilidade de gerenciar conflitos e expectativas;
- Proatividade.
Hard Skills:
- Experiência sólida em Java;
- Experiência Sólida em Spring, especialmente Spring Boot, Spring Data e Spring MVC;
- Conhecimento em soluções de streaming e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, SNS);
- Experiência com arquitetura Cloud, especialmente AWS;
