Dafür suchen wir dich als Social Media Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt TikTok Content.
Deine Mission
Als Social Media Manager (m/w/d) entwickelst du kreative TikTok-Formate, erkennst Trends frühzeitig und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte Reichweite erzielen und unsere Community wachsen lassen. Du denkst Content nicht nur kreativ, sondern auch datengetrieben und weißt, welche Formate wirklich funktionieren. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Follower nicht nur unsere Marke kennenlernen, sondern vor allem auch Dich als Creator.
Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst, planst und veröffentlichst TikTok-Content, der begeistert und Reichweite erzielt
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends, Sounds und Formate und setzt diese kreativ für unsere Marke um
- Du trittst selbst in unserem Kanal als Creator auf
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing- und Design-Team zusammen, um hochwertigen Content zu produzieren
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Content Creatorn und Influencern
- Du analysierst die Performance deiner Inhalte und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen anhand relevanter KPIs ab
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Strategie und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf auch bei Content für Instagram Reels und weitere Social-Media-Kanäle
Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Management, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt TikTok
- Du verstehst, wie Inhalte auf TikTok funktionieren und was Nutzer wirklich anspricht
- Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und virale Formate
- Du teilst unsere Werte & Philosophie (!) – idealerweise hast Du sogar Bezug zum Thema Tierschutz
- Du arbeitest kreativ, eigenständig und setzt Ideen schnell um
- Du denkst datenbasiert und nutzt KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung deiner Inhalte
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit der Zusammenarbeit mit Content Creatorn oder Influencern
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie CapCut, Canva oder Adobe Premiere Pro sind von Vorteil
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für Social Media mit
- Du hast einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland
