Für ein wachsendes E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit mehreren erfolgreichen Consumer Brands suchen wir einen Amazon Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) – 100 % remote.
Amazon ist bereits einer der wichtigsten und profitabelsten Vertriebskanäle des Unternehmens und soll in den kommenden Jahren deutlich weiter ausgebaut werden.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Amazon-Kanal und entwickelst ihn eigenständig weiter – von Listings & SEO über PPC bis hin zu Performance, Reporting und Profitabilität. Dabei arbeitest Du direkt mit dem Gründer zusammen und hast die Chance, einen bereits sehr erfolgreichen Amazon-Kanal auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
Aufgaben
- Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Amazon-Kanal und dessen strategische sowie operative Weiterentwicklung
- Optimierung von Listings & Amazon SEO – von Keyword-Recherche über Titel und Bulletpoints bis hin zu A+ Content
- Eigenständige Steuerung und Optimierung von Amazon PPC, inklusive Kampagnen, Budgets und Bid Management
- Analyse relevanter KPIs & Performance-Daten und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Conversion und Profitabilität
- Weiterentwicklung von Sortiment, Pricing und Produktlaunches auf Basis von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Performance-Daten
- Steuerung des laufenden Amazon-Geschäfts über Seller Central sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Grafik, Marketing, Produktion und Einkauf
Qualifikation
- Mind. 2 Jahre operative Erfahrung mit Amazon Seller Central – du hast selbst im Account gearbeitet und nicht nur Agenturen oder Teams gesteuert
- Fundierte Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Amazon PPC – Kampagnen selbst aufgesetzt, gesteuert und optimiert
- Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Betreuung eines relevanten Amazon-Accounts, idealerweise im Millionen-Umsatzbereich
- Sicheres Verständnis von Amazon SEO, Listings, Keywords und relevanten Performance-KPIs wie ACOS, TACOS und Conversion
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du möchtest einen Amazon-Kanal selbst operativ verantworten und nicht ausschließlich strategisch arbeiten
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, insbesondere für die eigenständige Erstellung und Optimierung deutschsprachiger Listings
