Why this grade This listing scored 39/100, which is an F. It lost the most ground on pay transparency. See the breakdown
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Remote clarity 8 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
- Freshness 4 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
- Role specificity 0 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
-10 Ghost-job penalty — Deducted for signals that this posting may not be a real, currently-open role — staleness, repeated relisting, or talent-pool language.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →
We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm
Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Mid Level Client Operations & IRS Resolution Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
Own the firm's client tracker and practice-management system: every task assigned, dated, and current; every client record complete.
Run the intake and onboarding pipeline: engagement checklists, records collection from clients (prior-year returns, bookkeeping access, source documents), confirming everything needed to deliver the work is in hand before it's promised.
Coordinate and follow up across the internal team (preparers, accountants, licensed reviewers), with authority to chase dates and flag slippage early.
Maintain document hygiene: client files organized, portal requests current.
Provide clear written status: daily updates and a weekly view of what's on track, at risk, or blocked.
Call the IRS Practitioner Priority Service (PPS) and ACS on behalf of clients; obtain account data; pull, organize, and summarize transcripts; track authorizations (Forms 2848/8821).
Prepare Collection Information Statements (433-F/433-A); support installment agreements and CNC determinations, reviewed and submitted by the licensed team.
Run disciplined follow-up on open IRS matters: notice deadlines, hold expirations, promised callbacks, logged and dated.
Requirements:
3+ years in a tax, accounting, or IRS-resolution practice, or a comparable professional-services operations role.
Direct IRS phone experience: comfortable getting through, asking the right questions, documenting the call.
Systems-and-checklists temperament: documentation-first, steady, precise.
Works to dates and communicates in writing without being chased.
Comfortable with modern cloud tools and AI-assisted workflows, or quick to adopt them (Financial Cents/Karbon/Canopy-class PM tools, QBO, e-signature/billing platforms).
It's a plus:
Enrolled Agent (or on the EA path — firm supports credentialing).
Fluent in Spanish.
Prior M&A/client-transition experience.
Compensation:
The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This is a 40 hours per week.
This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.
Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.
Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.
Thank you!
