Die hey contact heroes GmbH ist ein dynamisch wachsender Customer-Service-Dienstleister. Für eines unserer Projekte suchen wir engagierte Outbound Kundenberater (m/w/d), die unser Team deutschlandweit und zu 100 % remote aus dem Homeoffice unterstützen.
Deine Mission:
- Du kontaktierst Kundinnen und Kunden aktiv telefonisch im Outbound
- Du führst professionelle und zielgerichtete Verkaufsgespräche
- Du erkennst den individuellen Bedarf und präsentierst passende Produkte bzw. Angebote
- Du begeisterst Kundinnen und Kunden durch eine freundliche und überzeugende Gesprächsführung
- Du dokumentierst Deine Gespräche und Ergebnisse zuverlässig in unseren Systemen
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team an der Erreichung unserer Vertriebsziele
Dein Profil:
- Du hast Freude am Telefonieren und am aktiven Verkauf
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung im Outbound, Vertrieb, Telesales oder Call Center mit
- Du bist kommunikativ, überzeugend und gehst offen auf Menschen zu
- Ein „Nein“ bringt Dich nicht aus der Ruhe – Du bleibst motiviert und zielorientiert
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast einen ruhigen Arbeitsplatz und eine stabile Internetverbindung für die Arbeit im Homeoffice
