McKesson is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, Business Modernization and the Vice President, Business Program Lead, ERP Modernization. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and serves as a trusted partner to senior executives.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they arise, skillfully manages complex and evolving priorities, and provides exceptional executive support with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused mindset. This individual must be able to navigate dynamic calendars, foresee potential scheduling conflicts, coordinate across a highly matrixed organization, and deliver flawless execution. The role also requires advanced presentation development skills, including creating polished executive-level slide decks, reports, and meeting materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
- Manage complex executive calendars, proactively identifying conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and anticipating future business needs.
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting logistics, executive schedules, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating priorities, directives, and follow-up actions as needed.
- Manage executive communications, including screening emails and correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business communications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect, analyze, format, and maintain data for routine and ad hoc reporting needs.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor timelines, deliverables, and resources while ensuring initiatives remain on track.
- Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence and other business documents.
- Maintain files, records, calendars, and reporting systems.
- Lead and support special projects on behalf of the business unit.
- Participate in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies, and best practices.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
Education & Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, Vocational Training, Professional Certification, or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires 6+ years of related administrative or executive support experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- PowerPoint (executive presentations and slide development)
- Outlook (calendar and meeting management)
- Excel (spreadsheets and reporting)
- Word (document preparation)
- Teams (virtual collaboration and meetings)

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Self-starter with exceptional follow-up, ownership, and execution.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
