Зверніть увагу, що робота передбачена у віддаленому формату за часовим поясом В'єтнаму - час за Києвом зимовий/літній 03:00/04:00 - 12:00/13:00, на час випробувального терміну 06:00-15:00. Під час роботи за стандартним Київським часом, передбачена офісна робота в одній із наших локацій.
Обов‘язки:
- Підтримка користувачів ERP та WMS системи власної розробки;
- Обробка запитів ІТ-порталу;
- Допомога з налаштуваннями системи;
- Навички пошуку та встановлення причин невірних даних;
- Фіксація багів;
- Написання інструкцій / документації в Confluence.
Вимоги:
- Впевнене знання та розуміння стандартів з підтримки користувачів;
- Досвід роботи спеціалістом підтримки облікових систем ERP (1С, BAS, WMS) від 1 року;
- Досвiд просунутого користувача однієї з конфігурацій ERP;
- Навички вести комунікацію та вирішувати питання;
- Вміння написання структурованих інструкцій.
