Arbeitsmix: 90% Remote (nur in Deutschland möglich)

DEINE MISSION
Im Projekt geht es darum, eine harmonisierte IT-Plattform weiterzuentwickeln und dabei moderne Softwarearchitektur, DevSecOps-Prinzipien sowie eine leistungsfähige Container- und Deployment-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen.
Die Aufgaben im Detail:
Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung unternehmenskritischer Software und IT-Anwendungsarchitekturen
Technische Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekt- und Entwicklungsteams
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Komponenten und Java-Backend-Lösungen
Unterstützung bei übergreifenden Softwarearchitektur- und Security-Themen sowie Abstimmung mit technischen und fachlichen Architekten
Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Kubernetes-basierten Containerplattform
Technischer Second- und Third-Level-Support inklusive Fehleranalyse und -behebung
Deployment, Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines und Konfigurationsmanagement
Implementierung von Sicherheitsupdates und Security-Scans
Enablement neuer DevSecOps-Teams sowie Unterstützung bei übergreifenden Containerplattform-Themen
Unterstützung bei Integration, Tests und Qualitätssicherung
Organisation und Teilnahme an Communities of Practice (CoPs) sowie Nachhalten der Ergebnisse
MUST-HAVES FÜR DIESE POSITION
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Lead-Entwickler im Java-Backend-Umfeld sowie in der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Softwarearchitekturen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in J(2)EE/EJB/Servlets, Mehrschicht-Anwendungen, objektorientiertem Softwaredesign und -modellierung (OOA/OOD, UML), MDA sowie TDD/DDD
Fundierte Kenntnisse in EJB-Containern und Applikationsservern (Oracle WebLogic, Payara), Spring, Hibernate/EclipseLink/JPA 2, Java-Tools (u. a. Maven, JUnit) sowie relationalen Datenbanken (insbesondere Oracle) und SQL
Erfahrung mit Datenmigration, Legacy-Integration und gängigen Testkonzepten (Unit-, Performance-, E2E-Tests)
Kenntnisse in Versions- und Konfigurationsmanagement sowie Jira und Confluence
Spezialwissen in DevSecOps, insbesondere Kubernetes-Administration, sowie Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien
Spezialwissen bzw. vertiefte Kenntnisse in GoLang, JavaScript, Kafka, S3, Quarkus, Oracle-DB, WebComponents (Angular, DPL, Stencil), XML, JSON und PACT
Spezialwissen in Jira und Confluence sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse in JUnit, Karate/Cucumber, Consumer Driven Contract-, LuP- und E2E-Tests
Vertiefte Kenntnisse in CI/CD mit GitHub, Nexus und Tekton sowie Erfahrung mit Jenkins
Erfahrung mit DevOps-Vorgehensweisen und agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban sowie mit Clean Code Development und Pair Programming
Kenntnisse in sicherer Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere zu potenziellen Sicherheitsrisiken, Secure Design Principles & Patterns und Secure Coding
Erfahrung in technischer Teamleitung, Beratung und Coaching sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur- und Entwicklungsteams
