¿Qué harás como Profesor/a de Yoga?
Preparar e impartir clases personalizadas adaptadas al nivel, condición física y objetivos de cada alumno.
Enseñar diferentes estilos de yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, etc.) y técnicas de respiración (pranayama) y meditación.
Guiar a los alumnos en la correcta ejecución de posturas (asanas), alineación corporal y conciencia corporal.
Introducir prácticas de relajación, mindfulness y bienestar integral.
Acompañar el progreso de tus alumnos de forma cercana, segura y progresiva.
Requisitos:
Formación o experiencia en Yoga, Pilates, disciplinas cuerpo-mente o áreas afines.
Habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para guiar de forma clara, empática y segura.
Conocimientos básicos en el uso de herramientas online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
No se requiere experiencia previa como docente — tu formación y práctica en yoga es suficiente para empezar.
