Aufgaben
- Entwicklung innovativer SAP-Lösungen für unsere Kunden – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Wartung und Optimierung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Fokus auf moderne Technologien im Analytics-Bereich
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, Dokumentation, Erstellung von Umsetzungskonzepten, Fehlerbehebung sowie Testen von ETL-Prozessen und Dashboards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Beratern und Entwicklern sowie regelmäßige Schulungen und Weiterbildungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Unterstützung des Teams durch Mentoring und Coaching – Förderung der Weiterentwicklung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Best Practices sowie Etablierung von Standards, die langfristig einen messbaren Mehrwert schaffen
- Möglichkeit, mit Ihrer Expertise zukunftsweisende Themen oder neue SAP-Technologien anzugehen und diese Felder strategisch aufzubauen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Analytics-Umfeld
- Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP-Umfeld – idealerweise mit Themen wie SAP Datasphere, SAP Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud oder SAP BW/4HANA
- Tools: Fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP (OO), Python, SQL oder JavaScript sowie sicheres Beherrschen relevanter Tools und Frameworks
- Technologie: Aktuelle Auseinandersetzung mit Themen wie der SAP Business Data Cloud und kontinuierliches Update auf dem neuesten Stand der Technologie
- Kommunikation: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Energiewirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs
- Persönlichkeit: Analytisches Denkvermögen, Freude an komplexen Zusammenhängen, Teamgeist, Spaß am Kundenkontakt, hohe Lernbereitschaft, professionelles Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu Projektreisen zum Endkunden
- Nice to Have: Kenntnisse im Energiemarkt oder SAP Utilities wären von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
