Deine Herausforderungen
Du berätst und gestaltest eigenständig agile IT-Projekte und setzt gesetzliche und regulatorische Anforderungen im Bankwesen um
Aufnahme, Analyse und Management von Anforderungen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben, ebenso wie die Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und der Entwicklung
Du unterstützt aktiv die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse
Du pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit & offene Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
Das bringst Du mit
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Business Analyst:in in der Bankenbranche sowie im statistischen Meldewesen (insb. BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
Fundierte methodische & konzeptionelle Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse und agilen Methoden
Eine selbstständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise, mit der Du Projekte proaktiv voranbringst
Du hast bereits erfolgreich IT-Projekte zu regulatorischen Anforderungen umgesetzt
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
