Aufgaben
Was du bei uns machst
- Volle Verantwortung für alle Paid Ads Channels (Meta, Google primär) bei hohem 5-stelligem Adspend pro Monat
- Ads optimieren, testen, tracken
- Image Creatives selbst mit AI bauen, ohne auf ein Design-Team zu warten
- Video Creative Briefings schreiben, mit Videographen und Cuttern arbeiten, ggf. selbst bei Drehtagen dabei sein
- Neue Funnels und Landingpages aufsetzen und testen
- Copywriting für Funnel, Ad Copys, Mailings B2B und B2C, CRM- und Kalender-Workflows
- Wöchentlicher Austausch mit GF & Head of Sales direkt über Performance
- Tracking Monitoring und Erweiterung um neue Funnels und Offline Conversions
Qualifikation
Wen wir suchen
- Jung, hungrig, ambitioniert - du willst etwas aufbauen, nicht nur verwalten
- Agency Founder gewesen oder externe B2B-Agentur/Software-Firma nachweislich profitabel auf mindestens 1 Mio+/Jahr gescaled (kein Ecom)
- 2+ Jahre Marketing Erfahrung, im Umfeld optimalerweise: Recruiting-Agentur, Personalvermittlung oder Headhunter
- Zwingend Erfahrung Meta + Google: Lead Gen für B2B Entscheider
- Meta Ads und Google Ads Expertise mit bereits verwalteten hohen 5-6 stelligen Budgets pro Monat
- Allrounder: AI Image Creatives, No-Code-Tools, GTM-Grundkenntnisse, Tracking
- Sattelfest im Prompting mit GPT/Claude etc. - das ist kein Nice-to-have, das ist Pflicht
- Du kennst die Zielgruppe Vertriebler und B2B-Entscheider/GF aus dem Effeff und weißt genau, wie sie ticken (Oder kannst Dich schnell reindenken in neue Zielgruppen)
- Du hältst Druck und Verantwortung aus und bleibst bei Zahlen rational, auch wenn alle eine schnelle Lösung wollen
