Voor deze opdracht wordt een ervaren Atlassian-expert gezocht die op korte termijn meer structuur en richting brengt in het gebruik van Jira en Confluence. De nadruk ligt op het begeleiden van het team naar een efficiëntere manier van werken, ondersteund door heldere governance, duidelijke processen en werkbare standaarden.
- Het team begeleiden en coachen in het gebruik van Jira en Confluence.
- De huidige setup snel analyseren en concrete verbeterpunten identificeren.
- Pragmatische en schaalbare workflows, permission schemes en governance- of operatingmodellen ontwerpen.
- Intake-, triage- en changeprocessen opzetten en afstemmen op business-, IT- en serviceprocessen, waaronder ITSM- en ontwikkelcontexten.
- Workshops faciliteren met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus, van operationeel tot directieniveau.
- Best practices en minimale documentatiestandaarden vastleggen.
- Zorgen voor een duurzame kennisoverdracht, zodat het team nadien autonoom kan verderwerken.
- Atlassian-experts en administrators coachen en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking.
📝 Jouw profiel
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen het Atlassian-ecosysteem.
- Je beschikt over diepgaande expertise in Jira en Confluence, inclusief configuratie, workflowdesign, scheme-opzet en governance.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met intake-, triage- en changeprocessen.
- Je voelt je thuis in agile werkomgevingen en in omgevingen waar ITSM en development op elkaar moeten worden afgestemd.
- Je hebt ervaring met coaching, team enablement en kennisoverdracht.
- Je werkt vlot in complexe organisaties, zoals enterprise-omgevingen en/of de publieke sector.
- Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en workshopfacilitatie.
- Je hebt ervaring met korte, impactvolle opdrachten waarbij je snel verbeteringen realiseert én structurele verankering voorziet.
- Een Scrum Master-certificatie is een plus.
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding (bachelor of master) met technische of engineeringachtergrond, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring met de gevraagde technologie of een vergelijkbare technologie.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands op CEFR-niveau C2. Engels is vereist; Frans is een plus.
