Die Verantwortung der Abteilung Service Integration liegt in der technischen Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen und Produkten (Services) auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene sowie die Integration der Services in die jeweiligen Betriebseinheiten. Darüber hinaus verantwortet die Abteilung das gesamte Auftrags- und Projektmanagement.

Aufgaben
- Planung und Bereitstellung hochverfügbarer IT-Systeme unter Windows in komplexen IT-Landschaften
- Technische Konzeptionierung und praktische Umsetzung von spannenden Kundenprojekten im Managed Windows Bereich
- Beratung unserer Kunden und Inhouse Betriebsteams zu Best-Practises rund um Windowslösungen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern und –Applikationen in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Basisbetrieb, Active Directory und PowerShell
- Erfahrungen im Betrieb von Exchange, Citrix und/oder Microsoft SQL Umgebungen
- Gutes Verständnis für Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskonzepte im Zusammenhang mit Windows-Systemen
- Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
- Eigenständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
