Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Stellenanzeigen
- Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement (Erfassung von Bewerbern, Versand von Eingangsbestätigungen und Absagen sowie Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen)
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Analyse, Definition und Dokumentation von Prozessen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich
- Recherche zu aktuellen HR- und Digitalisierungsthemen, z. B. neuen Tools und Best Practices
Qualifikation
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Rechts-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften bzw. Psychologie
- Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
