Aufgaben
Mögliche Projekteinsätze:
Unsere Kundenprojekte reichen von Softwareentwicklung und Modernisierung bestehender Anwendungen über Data Engineering und Machine Learning bis hin zu AI-, Generative-AI- und Automatisierungsprojekten.
Gesucht werden sowohl spezialisierte Entwickler und Engineers als auch Software Architects, Solution Architects, Tech Leads und erfahrene technische Consultants.
Qualifikation
Must-Have-Qualifikationen:
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in mindestens einem relevanten Software-, Data- oder AI-Bereich
- Erfahrung aus professionellen Softwareentwicklungs-, Data-, Machine-Learning oder AI-Projekten
- Fundierte Expertise in mindestens einem der Bereiche Backend/Fullstack Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering oder Software/Solution Architecture
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verfügbarkeit für freiberufliche Projekte in Deutschland bzw. im DACH-Raum
Nice-to-Have:
- Erfahrung mit modernen Softwarearchitekturen, Microservices, APIs und Cloud-Native-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung mit AI/Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning oder MLOps
- Erfahrung mit modernen Data-Plattformen, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT, Databricks oder Snowflake
- Erfahrung mit skalierbaren und verteilten Systemen
- Erfahrung als Tech Lead, Software Architect, Solution Architect oder technischer Consultant
Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse:
- Deutsch – sehr gute bis verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse (C1 oder höher)
- Englisch – gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse (B2 oder höher)
