ich bin Alina, Gründerin der LinkedIn-Agentur Bee Seen Agency.
Neben meinem eigenen Instagram-Account veröffentliche ich alle zwei Wochen eine neue Podcastfolge. Dafür suche ich jemanden, der mich langfristig beim Videoschnitt unterstützt und aus dem Material Content macht, der nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern auch wirklich die Aufmerksamkeit hält.
Mir ist wichtig, dass Du ein Gefühl für Social Media hast. Du solltest wissen, wann ein Schnitt nötig ist, wie man Spannung aufbaut und wie Videos dynamisch werden, ohne komplett überladen zu wirken.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Schnitt meiner Instagram Reels @alinagrigoleit
- Sichtung und Schnitt einer Podcastfolge alle zwei Wochen
- Erstellung von jeweils zwei Reels aus jeder Podcastfolge
- Auswahl der spannendsten Aussagen und Momente aus dem Podcast
- Entfernung von Versprechern, Pausen und unnötigen Längen
- Einbau von Untertiteln, Texteinblendungen, Zooms, Musik, Soundeffekten und unterstützenden Visuals
- Anpassung der Videos an meinen Stil und mein bestehendes Branding
- Aufbereitung der Formate für Instagram und weitere Social-Media-Plattformen
- Perspektivisch auch Schnitt weiterer Formate wie Kundeninterviews oder Case Studies
Die Podcasts und Interviews werden über Riverside aufgenommen. Erfahrung mit Riverside ist daher ein Plus.
Qualifikation
Das solltest Du mitbringen
- Erfahrung im Schnitt von Reels, Podcasts oder anderem Social-Media-Content
- Ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Aufmerksamkeitsspannen, Storytelling und Retention
- Ein Gespür für starke Hooks und spannende Videoeinstiege
- Die Fähigkeit, relevante Aussagen aus längeren Gesprächen herauszufiltern
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit einem professionellen Schnittprogramm
- Ein gutes Auge für Untertitel, Typografie und moderne Social-Media-Ästhetik
- Eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Riverside ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Du solltest selbst erkennen, welche Stellen spannend sind, wo Tempo fehlt und wie man aus einem längeren Gespräch mehrere starke Content Pieces entwickelt.
