- Du entwickelst Suchstrategien und nutzt alle klassischen Recruiting-Tools sowie Active Sourcing
- Du führst Vorstellungsgespräche und übernimmst die Vorauswahl für unsere Kundenunternehmen
- Du übernimmst mit erfahrenen Kollegen die Verantwortung für ganze Kundenprojekte
Qualifikation
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und an dem Aufbau eines sozialen Netzwerks
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du bist motiviert, eigene Ziele zu erreichen und hast Freude an persönlichen Herausforderungen
- Du bist ein offener, positiver Mensch, bringst Humor mit und hast Lust auf eine dynamische und wertschätzende Arbeitsumgebung, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig
