Description Naš tim za podršku je sačinjen od motivisanih, empatičnih ljudi koji vole da komuniciraju i pomognu onima kojima je pomoć potrebna.Tu smo da zakažemo testiranje sluha za sve korisnike koji zatraže termin, tako da je ovo sjajna prilika za one koji vole da komuniciraju sa različitim korisnicima i to na nemačkom jeziku!Šta možeš da očekuješ od prvog dana angažovanja?
- Ugovor o radu od prvog dana obuke (prvi ugovor je na tri meseca)
- Mogućnost rada od kuće (prvi radni dan je u kancelariji u Beogradu)

- Potrebno je koordinisati zakazivanja termina konsultacija sa klijentima u vezi pomoćnih aparata za sluh (telefonom i email-om) - ti ćeš biti spona izmedju njihovog problema i rešenja koja nudimo
- Bićeš podrška u pravom smislu - tu smo da podržimo klijente na njihovom putu ka dobrom sluhu i da im odgovorimo na sva pitanja
- Odlično govoriš i pišeš nemački jezik - ovo je važno kako bismo dobro razumeli klijenta i adekvatno odgovorili na njihovo pitanje ili brigu
- Imaš relevantno iskustvo - poznat ti je rad sa klijentima, komunikacija sa njima i odgovaranje na njihove upite i brige
- Komunikativan/a si i empatičan/na - ovo su važne osobine za uspešnu komunikaciju sa klijentom
- Odgovornost i orijentisanost na rešenje su osobine koje te odlikuju - važno je da imamo ažurnu i uspešnu komunikaciju sa klijentima
- Rad na računaru ti nije stran - sva komunikacija sa korisnicima se odigrava putem računara
