Content-Strategie & Leadership
- Entwicklung und Execution unserer Content-Marketing-Strategie (Paid & Organic) entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
- Management und Sourcing externer Dienstleister (Videoproduktion, Copywriting, Design) inkl. Briefings & Feedback-Loops
- Führung & Weiterentwicklung unseres in-house SEO Content Creators
Performance Marketing Steuerung
- Funnel-Tracking und automatisierte Analyse: Lead-Kosten, Conversion Rates, CAC Payback in Google Sheets
- Beauftragung und Feedback von Creatives für Performance-Kanäle (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Analyse, Monitoring & Optimierung von Ads (Video & Static) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Freelancern
Organic Growth
- Aufbau und Skalierung von organischem Video-Content (z. B. LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Thought-Leadership-Content gemeinsam mit Founder & Sales entwickeln
- Content-Repurposing (Webinare → Short Clips → Blogartikel)
Analytics & Optimierung
- Tracking und Reporting von Kampagnen-Performance (Google Analytics, Pixel, Conversion Tracking) und eigenständige Weiterentwicklung mit AI
- A/B Testing von Creatives, Landing Pages & Campaign Hooks
- Conversion Rate Optimierung der Webflow-Website (gemeinsam mit externen Dienstleistern)
Team & Kommunikation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team, um Lead-Qualität zu bewerten und Feedback in Content-Strategie einfließen zu lassen
- Aufbau skalierbarer Content-Prozesse (Redaktionspläne, Feedback Cycle und Auswertung)
Ressourcen:
- 1/2 FTE Content Creator (Text)

- Content Creator Freelancer ( Videos & Visuals)
- Ausreichend Marketing Budget
Qualifikation
Must-Haves:
- AI first - Du nutzt Claude oder andere Tools um Performance Kampagnen bei Meta oder Google eigenständig auszuspielen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) in SaaS oder E-Commerce.
- Erfahrung in Steuerung externer Kreativ-Partner.
Nice-to-Have / On-the-Job lernbar:
- Expertise in Tracking & Funnel-Analytics (GA, Pixel, CAC, Conversion Rates).
- Tiefe SEO-Expertise (kann mit externem Support wachsen).
- Erfahrung im organischen Video-Marketing (YouTube, LinkedIn).
