Why this grade This listing scored 70/100, which is a B. It lost the most ground on pay transparency. See the breakdown
- Description depth 20 / 20 How much the posting actually says about the work, measured in characters of real text.
- Remote clarity 15 / 15 Whether "remote" means anywhere, or is quietly restricted to one country.
- Freshness 12 / 15 How recently it was posted. Older postings are likelier to be filled or abandoned.
- Pay transparency 12 / 25 A published salary range, worth more than any other single factor because it is what a candidate cannot find out without applying.
- Role specificity 6 / 10 Whether the listing is tagged well enough to tell what the role actually is.
- Corroboration 5 / 10 Whether more than one source carries this listing.
Every figure above is arithmetic over the posting itself — its salary field, its text, its age, its tags and how many sources carry it. How the grades work →

That is the middle half of what comparable roles paid on this board over the last 90 days — 55 listings that did publish a figure, median $125k. It is not this employer's offer, and we have no idea what they pay. It is only what the rest of the market advertised.

About Pasito
Pasito is the AI workspace for employee benefits.
We’re rethinking how group insurance and benefits are underwritten, delivered, used and measured - by the people who design them and the people who depend on them. Instead of static PDFs, disconnected systems, and manual workflows, Pasito brings plan design, payroll and benefits data, claims, and financial context into a single, AI‑native workspace that helps benefits actually work for the 178 million Americans who depend on this system.
We don’t build for brokers, carriers and employers - we build with them. That collaboration shows up in everything we ship: AI agents that extract and structure plan data, tools that turn complexity into clarity for employees, and workflows that save carriers and consultants hundreds of hours per case.
Today, Pasito supports many of the largest insurance carriers and brokers in the U.S. We’re backed by Y Combinator and Core Innovation Capital, and we’re growing quickly. We ship fast, iterate relentlessly, and care deeply about building systems that are accurate, scalable, and human.
If you’re excited to work alongside exceptional operators and engineers, and apply AI in a legacy industry where precision and trust matter, Pasito is the place for you.
The Role
We're hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator based in Latin America to own Pasito's event program end-to-end. In this role, you'll run the logistics that make each event happen (shipping, registration, venue coordination, and vendor communication), deliver MQLs to the Sales Team, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to own Pasito’s field marketing and events strategy.
You will own Pasito’s entire events calendar, including conferences and trade shows Pasito attends, as well as custom events Pasito hosts and owns, relying on your creativity and sharp business focus. You will be the go-to person for all Marketing- and Sales-focused events and conferences that Pasito participates in, remotely managing events from start to finish. While you may be asked to join an event during the year, this role doesn't involve much travel, as it focuses on managing events from afar.
You’ll also be responsible for planning and owning Pasito’s two all-company offsites each year. While being a fully remote company, Pasito values in-person connection, and every team member travels to a central location for an all-company offsite. You will be responsible for supporting our internal team with all planning, venue discovery and preparation, and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth internal Pasito event.

Coordinate shipping and receipt of booth materials, banners, one-pagers, and swag
Book venues, tables, and badge registrations at conferences and events

Coordinate vendor engagement and venue questions for each event
Serve as the point of contact for logistics questions during the event window
-
Handle logistics for events, including logistics risk mitigation and management (shipping delays, venue conflicts, staffing gaps, etc.)
Own Pasito’s two all-company offsites
Field marketing strategy and ownership
-
Develop and own Pasito’s field marketing and events strategy alongside the Head of Marketing, managing the events calendar and scoping out new events and conference opportunities for our team to attend
-
Plan and host Pasito’s own hosted events such as executive dinners, client conferences, and other Pasito-organized events using your creativity to build a unique marketing presence for our company
-
Identify and segment opportunities for events to support both the Sales cycle and brand awareness
-
Own the creative development and execution of marketing collateral such as Pasito conference booths, promotional roll-ups, and swag giveaways
Support Content Marketing in the development of presentation and speaking session materials, such as slide decks and handouts
Team coordination and reporting
- Track event costs against the Marketing budget, including registration costs, expenses incurred during the event, and any other expenses
- Track post-event success through pipeline acceleration and generation, creating opportunities for Sales through new MQLs and accelerating active deals in the pipeline
- Coordinate event promotion with our Content Marketing Manager via social media and email channels
- Create “Know before you go” guides for each event to ensure Pasito attendees are equipped prior to every event
Who You Are
- Experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, or corporate events
- Highly organized to track and manage every small part of an event
- Familiar with managing vendor and shipping logistics remotely
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, for coordinating with vendors, venues, and the internal Pasito team
- Strong follow-through on detail-heavy, deadline-bound work with high ownership
Technical Experience We’re Excited About
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS events
- Experience using AI tools to support and augment your work
- Experience using ClickUp or similar task and budget management solutions
What’s In It For You
- Competitive compensation
- Additional perks including weekly coffee and continuing education
- Company-issued computer

- Impact: Your work will directly shape how benefits are delivered to millions of people
