🎯 Objetivo del Rol
Apoyar la ejecución operativa de las actividades relacionadas con la migración y apagado de DataMarts, contribuyendo a reducir la carga operativa del equipo técnico y asegurando la correcta ejecución, validación y continuidad de los procesos de datos.
La persona trabajará bajo los lineamientos de la Líder Técnica, enfocándose en la ejecución y soporte de actividades técnicas, sin responsabilidad de liderar la migración end-to-end.
🛠️ Funciones Principales
Ejecutar y monitorear procesos de ETL/ELT y pipelines de datos.
Realizar troubleshooting y resolver incidencias relacionadas con procesos y flujos de datos.
Ejecutar validaciones y pruebas de reconciliación de datos para garantizar su calidad y consistencia.
Apoyar las actividades operativas de migración y apagado de DataMarts.
Documentar procesos, incidencias, soluciones y procedimientos técnicos.
Dar seguimiento a las actividades asignadas y reportar avances o hallazgos a la Líder Técnica.
Trabajar con tecnologías de procesamiento y transformación de datos en Databricks, participando en la ejecución, monitoreo y resolución de incidencias de pipelines.
📋 Requisitos
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos o roles similares.
Dominio sólido de SQL.
Experiencia en procesos ETL/ELT y manejo de pipelines de datos.
Experiencia práctica trabajando con Databricks.
Experiencia con Apache Spark / PySpark para procesamiento y transformación de datos.
Experiencia trabajando con Delta Lake / Delta Tables, incluyendo operaciones de carga, actualización y transformación de datos.
Experiencia con Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines (antes Delta Live Tables / DLT) para la construcción, ejecución o monitoreo de pipelines de datos.
Experiencia en troubleshooting y resolución de incidencias en procesos de datos.
Experiencia en validación y reconciliación de datos.
Capacidad para elaborar y mantener documentación técnica.
