This is a remote position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Compliance Reviewer to ensure all transaction files meet required compliance standards before approvals and payouts are processed.This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. real estate transactions, specifically North Carolina.What You’ll Do- Review agent-submitted transaction documents using compliance checklists
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
- Approve or decline transactions based on compliance findings
- Ensure no payouts are released without full compliance approval
- Manage daily transaction submissions across Market Centers
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time in all reviews
- Provide clarification and support on compliance requirements when needed
Requirements
Requirements- 1–2+ years experience as a U.S. Transaction Coordinator
- Must have North Carolina real estate transaction experience
- Strong understanding of real estate documents and compliance processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience with real estate brokerages or Market Centers
- Familiarity with transaction management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
