Als junges E-Commerce Startup aus dem Sauerland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Support Manager für Amazon/Shop/Otto (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
Thiru ist eines der am schnellsten wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen im Küchen- und Haushaltsbereich und in diversen Kategorien Bestseller auf Amazon und Otto. Mit rund 60.000 Bestandskunden und über 300.000 Followern auf TikTok erreichen wir eine einmalige, kochbegeisterte Zielgruppe. Als junges E-Commerce-Startup aus dem Sauerland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Grafikdesigner für Amazon, Shop und Otto auf Minijob-Basis (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben
- Gestaltung von Produktbildern, Infografiken und Lifestyle-Motiven für unsere Listings auf Amazon, Otto und im eigenen Onlineshop
- Erstellung und Pflege von A+ Content, Brand Stores und Markenseiten nach unserer Corporate Identity
- Einsatz von KI-Tools wie Midjourney, Adobe Firefly oder Photoshop Generative Fill für Bildbearbeitung, Hintergründe und Motivvarianten
- Gestaltung von Werbemitteln für Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display und Social Media
- Unterstützung bei Verpackungsdesign, Beilegern und Anleitungen für neue Produkte
- Anpassung bestehender Grafiken an Marktplatz-Vorgaben und für internationale Märkte
- Abstimmung mit dem Produkt- und Marketingteam zu Launches und saisonalen Aktionen
Qualifikation
Das bringst Du mit
Erste Erfahrung im Grafikdesign, am besten in einem jungen Unternehmen mit ähnlicher Motivation. Wir sind keine Workaholics, aber erwarten Begeisterung für das Unternehmen.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation & Selbstverantwortung
- Leidenschaft für strukturiertes Arbeiten – Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten und Deadlines über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg den Überblick
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign oder vergleichbaren Tools wie Figma und Canva
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools für Bildgenerierung und -bearbeitung wie Midjourney, Adobe Firefly oder Photoshop Generative Fill
- Spaß daran, Dich schnell in die Gestaltungsvorgaben unterschiedlicher Plattformen einzudenken (Amazon Seller Central, Otto Partner Connect, TikTok, Instagram)
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Amazon-Content wie Produktbildern, A+ Content oder Brand Stores
- Ein gutes Gespür für Bildsprache, Typografie und Farben sowie für das, was eine kochbegeisterte Zielgruppe anspricht
- Du begeisterst Dich für neue Technologien und aktuelle Trends im E-Commerce und in der Gestaltung, insbesondere für KI-gestützte Bild- und Videoproduktion
