Wir sind eine wachsende Online-Marketing-Agentur und suchen einen Opener/Setter, der mit uns skaliert. Du startest im Outbound, lernst unseren Sales-Prozess von Grund auf und hast die Möglichkeit, dich mittelfristig Richtung Closer oder Sales Lead weiterzuentwickeln.
Als guter Setter verdienst du bis zu 10k im Monat auf Provision. Solltest du es ins Closing schaffen sind bis zu 30k drin.
Ungedeckelt, remote, eigenverantwortlich. Wer liefert, verdient und wächst.
Aufgaben
- Outcome > Arbeitszeit: Du telefonierst jede Woche so lange bis du deine KPIs erreicht hast. Egal wie lange du dafür brauchst.
- Vertriebs-Onboarding & Coaching: Du lernst neue Vertriebstechniken und durchläufst ein klares Onboarding, indem du optimal auf deine Arbeit vorbereitet wirst.
- Fokus auf Termine: Ziel ist nicht „irgendwas verkaufen“, sondern passende Termine für den Closer zu setzen – mit Menschen, die wirklich ein Problem haben und eine Lösung suchen.
- Eigenverantwortlich für deinen Verdienst: Bei uns ist keiner außer du selbst Verantwortlich für dein Gehalt. Wir zahlen dich für deinen wöchentlichen Output und du bekommst für jeden Neukunden eine fixe Provision (ungedeckelt).

- Vertriebler-Mindset: Du weißt, wie groß Dein Wert für das Unternehmen ist und dass Dich jedes Nein einen Anruf näher an das Ja bringt.
- Keine Angst vor Ablehnung: Du nimmst ein "nein" nicht als Ablehnung Deiner Person, sondern als Ablehnung von Hilfe, die wir bieten können.
- Telefon-Profi: Du liebst es mit Menschen zu telefonieren, gerade weil du weißt, dass wir eine Lösung für Probleme liefern können.
- Bock auf Wachstum: Du möchtest was bewegen und bist motiviert dein eigenes Wachstum voran zu bringen, während du das Wachstum unserer Agentur antreibst.
- Gewissenhaftigkeit und Sorgfalt: Präzise Einhaltung von vorgegebenen Prozessen und Systemen, Selbstorganisation in Bezug auf Kalenderverwaltung und Terminlegung.
