Healthcare Mid level Senior Contractor
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing services to a wide range of clients
- Availability to work at least two days per week (minimum 12 clients, ideally 15-25)
- Training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and other therapeutic approaches (DBT, EFT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT, client-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness)
- Documentation (e.g., progress notes, report/letter writing)
- Knowledge of issues relating to children, adolescents, elderly and experience working with couples and groups not required but an asset
- Excellent communication (written & verbal); a second language is an asset
- Interested in continued learning to be up to date with latest developments in the field
- Not interested in opening your own private practice for at least the next 3 years
- Excel at their profession and value continuous education and improvement
- Are positive, enthusiastic, and helpful
