Operations Manager Full Time

At TOMRA Food, we're looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex customer projects across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can confidently coordinate people, resources, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. You'll take ownership of projects from handover through to customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a hands-on project leader who is comfortable working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and driving results through collaboration rather than technical expertise alone. Experience delivering large-scale projects in industries such as food processing, manufacturing, construction, mining, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors will be highly regarded.

This role will be remotely based in the Brisbane area, with a preference for candidates located near a major airport to support travel requirements.
