Deine Mission
Als TeamleiterIn steuerst du dein eigenes Team von Customer-Service-HeldInnen, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und bringst gemeinsam mit uns die Qualität auf das nächste Level. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Auftraggebern aus der Telekommunikationsbranche zusammen und stellst sicher, dass wir in jedem Kontakt begeistern.
Aufgaben
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
- Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Service- und Leistungskennzahlen
- Durchführung von Coachings, Feedbackgesprächen und Teammeetings
- Schnittstellenkommunikation mit Planung, QM, Projektleitung und unseren Auftraggebern
- Reporting und Performance-Steuerung im Tagesgeschäft
- Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Ideen und Verbesserungen
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Teamleiter*in im Kundenservice
- Du kannst eine 3 Wöchige Einarbeitung vor Ort sicherstellen - danach bist du im Home Office
- Starke Kommunikations- und Coaching-Skills
- Fähigkeit, dein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Performance-Steuerung
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Spaß an Zusammenarbeit, Verantwortung und echter Teamkultur
