Für den Ausbau unserer Buchungsplattform suchen wir ein Organisationstalent mit Macher-Mentalität: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen anfragenden Kunden und unserem deutschlandweiten Fotografen-Netzwerk. Du sorgst dafür, dass Shootings von der ersten Anfrage bis zur finalen Bildübergabe reibungslos ablaufen – und bringst Deals aktiv zum Abschluss.
Aufgaben
• Kundenbetreuung & Vertrieb: Eingehende Shooting-Anfragen (Hochzeiten, Anträge, JGAs, Events) bearbeiten, Angebote erstellen, charmant nachhaken und Buchungen abschließen.
• Fotografen-Matching & Koordination: Passende Fotografen aus unserem deutschlandweiten Netzwerk auswählen, Termine abstimmen und Shootings zuverlässig briefen.
• Projektmanagement End-to-End: Den gesamten Workflow begleiten – von der Terminabsprache über die Online-Galerien bis hin zur Weiterleitung der Kundenauswahlen an unser Retusche-Team.
• Kundenkommunikation & Support: Schnelle, pragmatische Lösungen finden bei Terminverschiebungen, Ausfällen oder kurzfristigen Kundenwünschen.
• Plattform- & Prozesspflege: Interne Übersichten, Tabellen und Tools pflegen und wiederkehrende Abläufe aktiv optimieren.
Qualifikation
• Pflichtpraktikum: Du suchst ein mehrmonatiges Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums oder deiner Ausbildung (z. B. BWL, Medien-/Eventmanagement, Kommunikation o. Ä.).
• Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast Spaß am direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Dienstleistern (Chat, Mail, Telefon) und triffst immer den richtigen Ton.
• Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufträgen den Überblick über Fristen, To-Dos und Rückmeldungen.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Mitdenken und lösungsorientiertes Anpacken.
• Sprachgefühl: Sehr sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil.
