- Etwa 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst*in, Product Owner oder Prozessmanager am deutschen Versicherungsmarkt
- Fundierte Operations-Kenntnisse in der Versicherungs- und Finanzbranche, durch deine Tätigkeit in einem oder mehreren Fachbereichen
- Du hast ein schnelles Auffassungsvermögen und teilst deine Erkenntnisse pointiert mit anderen
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau

- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Erhebung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und IT
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten IT-Strategien und -Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Steuerung von Transformationsprojekten
