L’azienda, già attiva nella distribuzione sul mercato statunitense, in collaborazione con Theras lancerà i prodotti sui mercati italiano ed europeo.
Per Gelesis, di cui Theras è partner finanziario e strategico, ricerchiamo il/la
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
che, riportando al Consiglio di Amministrazione, avrà la responsabilità di disegnare ed assicurare l’implementazione di efficaci strategie di sviluppo commerciale nei nuovi mercati extra UE, oltre che guidare lo sviluppo dei mercati in cui l’azienda è già presente.
Il/La Chief Commercial Officer avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità:
definizione ed implementazione delle strategie di sviluppo commerciale e del brand;
sviluppo e monitoraggio del budget, delle proiezioni di vendita, di analisi dei trend di mercato e promozione di azioni specifiche finalizzate alla costruzione di scenari evidence-based (es. ricerche di mercato, misurazione della customer satisfaction);
supervisione e raccordo nella definizione delle strategie di marketing sui differenti mercati e nella relativa implementazione;
guida e controllo delle strutture di vendita e di distribuzione nei differenti mercati per assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti;
costruzione di relazioni con figure/clienti chiave, anche istituzionali, per garantire continuità di accesso al mercato, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo;
stretta partnership con il gruppo manageriale volta ad assicurare il coordinamento interfunzionale e l’allineamento dell’organizzazione agli obiettivi strategici di medio-lungo termine.
L’azienda è situata in provincia di Lecce (LE).
Requirements
Ricerchiamo persone con background accademico e comprovata esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo del business, maturata in ruoli di responsabilità a livello internazionale all’interno di aziende del settore farmaceutico / medical device idealmente sia nel marketing che nelle vendite.
