- Realizar a validação e contabilização das medições de energia das fronteiras com outras concessionárias.
- Analisar informações e indicadores relacionados à medição de energia, identificando inconsistências e propondo soluções.
- Garantir a confiabilidade e integridade dos dados de medição.
- Atuar na interface com áreas internas e externas para resolução de divergências e alinhamento de informações.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos relacionados à gestão e controle de medições.
Principais Atividades
Requisitos
- Ensino Superior completo ou formação técnica correlata, preferencialmente em Engenharia Elétrica.
- Idade mínima de 18 anos.
- Experiência em atendimento, análise de informações, controle operacional ou atividades correlatas.
- Desejável conhecimento em processos de medição, validação e contabilização de energia
Desejável:
- Vivência em operações de Contact Center;
- Experiência com análise de indicadores operacionais e contratuais;
- Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
