Buscamos una persona con cabeza creativa y lógica publicitaria: que sepa conceptualizar una campaña, escribir un copy que convierta, leer métricas y volver al brief con más criterio que antes. Alguien que entienda que creatividad sin estrategia es decoración, y estrategia sin creatividad es ruido.
¿Qué vas a hacer?

Traducir necesidades de clientes y equipos de medios en briefs claros, con enfoque de mensaje, jerarquía comunicacional y concepto creativo definido. -
Desarrollar conceptos de campaña, ángulos de comunicación y adaptaciones por canal, formato y audiencia (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn y más). -
Escribir y revisar copies, guiones y bajadas para piezas estáticas y video — cuidando calidad comunicacional, tono de marca y adecuación al objetivo publicitario. -
Leer métricas de performance, identificar qué anuncios están funcionando, detectar patrones y proponer ajustes desde la comunicación. -
Interactuar con clientes en temas de mensajes, feedback creativo y ajustes — con madurez y capacidad de sostener criterio. -
Trabajar de forma transversal con Performance Leaders, Paid Media Specialists y diseñadores, elevando el estándar creativo de todo el equipo.
Lo que buscamos

Experiencia en agencia o ecosistema similar — entendés la dinámica, los tiempos y lo que significa trabajar con múltiples marcas a la vez. -
Excelente nivel de redacción y conceptualización. Criterio propio, voz propia, capacidad de tomar definiciones y defenderlas. -
Creatividad aplicada a publicidad: pensar campañas, construir ángulos, generar ideas que luego se puedan ejecutar con claridad. -
Conocimiento sólido de medios digitales — Meta, Google, TikTok — desde el lado creativo y comunicacional. -
Comodidad con números: leer planillas, interpretar KPIs y convertir resultados en decisiones de mensaje. -
Capacidad de dialogar con clientes y diseñadores por igual: argumentar, persuadir, ordenar conversaciones con madurez.

Una persona apasionada por la comunicación y la publicidad, con sensibilidad creativa y lógica analítica al mismo tiempo. Alguien inquieto, profesional, que disfruta moverse entre un concepto de campaña, una métrica de performance y una conversación con un cliente — y que en cada uno de esos momentos agrega valor real. Que use la IA como palanca para ir más lejos, no como sustituto del criterio.
Modalidad: Remoto full-time. Colaborás con equipos en distintos países de Latam.
