We specialise in Cloudflare licensing, support plans, professional services and managed offerings, working closely with clients, distributors and Cloudflare teams to support effective delivery and long-term customer success.

As we continue to expand our Cloudflare business across the MENAT region, we are looking for a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to strengthen our commercial operations and support the execution of our growing sales pipeline.

The Role

This is a hands-on commercial operations role supporting the day-to-day execution of the sales cycle.

Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, partners and distributors, you will help ensure that opportunities move efficiently from initial engagement through quoting, coordination, follow-up and renewal.

You will be responsible for keeping commercial activity organised and moving forward — from preparing quotes and maintaining CRM data to tracking renewals, coordinating partners and supporting client interactions.

The role would suit someone who is highly organised, responsive and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and opportunities in a fast-moving B2B technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

• Prepare and manage draft quotations for Cloudflare licensing, professional services, and support or managed service plans.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to translate technical scoping into quote-ready commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors, including Mindware, on pricing, approvals and quote submissions.
• Support Account Executives with deal preparation, client coordination and sales follow-up.
• Schedule and coordinate client demos, onboarding sessions and internal handovers.
• Support the preparation and distribution of Cloudflare marketing materials and commercial documentation.
• Track indirect opportunities involving partners and distributors.

Sales & Account Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and account information within Zoho CRM.
• Track renewals and coordinate timely preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain structured weekly sales reporting covering pipeline activity, renewals and deals in progress.
• Act as an operational point of contact for client requirements when Account Executives are unavailable.
• Gather and organise relevant client information ahead of Account Executive or Sales Engineer involvement.
• Escalate commercial or operational issues to the appropriate sales, technical or partner teams.
• Ensure quoting and sales activities follow internal processes and approval workflows.

Key Stakeholders

You will work closely with:

• Account Executives on opportunities, client interactions and deal execution.
• Sales Engineers on technical scoping and professional services requirements.
• Cloudflare partners and distributors on pricing, approvals and commercial coordination.
• Sales leadership and delivery operations on pipeline visibility, handovers and execution.

The role reports to the Sales Director.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination or a similar role, ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or IT environment.
• Experience preparing and coordinating quotes, renewals and commercial documentation.
• Hands-on experience maintaining CRM data and sales pipelines.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating across sales, technical, partner and/or client-facing teams.
• Fluent Arabic, French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• A structured, proactive and ownership-driven approach to work.
• Ability to work full-time in alignment with Gulf Standard Time.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Cloudflare, cybersecurity, cloud or network infrastructure solutions.
• A technology vendor, reseller, system integrator or distributor environment.
• Working with Cloudflare partners or distributors such as Mindware.
• Professional Services quoting and support-plan packaging.
• Supporting Account Executives and Sales Engineers within a B2B technology sales cycle.
• Managing renewal calendars, partner coordination and indirect sales opportunities.

Working Hours: Alignment with Gulf Standard Time (UAE) required
