Product Operations Senior Full Time
Buscamos um Srcum Master com Certified SAFe® Agilist.O profissional deve atuar como facilitador de cerimônias ágeis, apoiar o Product Owner (PO) na gestão e priorização do Product Backlog e guiar a equipe na remoção de impedimentos e na auto-organização. Busca-se alguém com forte perfil de liderança, visão sistêmica apurada, capacidade de resiliência e postura empreendedora focada em melhorias e resultados.
Mapeamento e proposição de melhorias em processos ágeis, análise de necessidades de negócios para apoio ao PO, elaboração de itens de backlog claros e sucintos, facilitação de eventos Scrum, gestão de impedimentos, atuação técnica em ambientes de transição (onde o Scrum ainda não foi totalmente adotado) e mentoria/treinamento de equipes para aumento de produtividade.
Metodologia Scrum (papéis, eventos e aplicação prática), práticas de agilidade, técnicas de colaboração e gestão do Product Backlog junto ao PO, comunicação da visão de produto, planejamento de longo prazo em ambientes empíricos, facilitação de processos de times, remoção de impedimentos e treinamento corporativo para implementação do Scrum.
