Für unser Team suchen wir einen Meta Ads Manager, der Kundenkonten eigenständig betreuen will und dabei weiter wachsen möchte. Du bekommst einen erprobten Kampagnen-Standard an die Hand und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen. Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit, mit 20 bis 25 Stunden pro Woche, die du dir flexibel einteilst.
Aufgaben
- Du betreust Meta-Ads-Konten unserer Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
- Du setzt Kampagnen, Ad Sets und Ads nach unserem Standard auf (ABO, klare Test- und Skalierungsstruktur)
- Du prüfst die Zahlen täglich, erkennst Auffälligkeiten und setzt Optimierungen um
- Du bewertest Creatives und lieferst Ideen für neue Varianten
- Du behältst das Tracking im Blick: Pixel, Conversions API, Events
- Du bereitest wöchentliche Updates und Monatsreports für unsere Kunden vor
- Du hilfst beim Onboarding neuer Kunden: Kontoaudit und erster Kampagnenplan
Qualifikation
- 1 bis 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Meta Ads, gern aus einer Agentur oder Inhouse
- Du hast schon eigene Kampagnen betreut und kannst zeigen, was du erreicht hast
- Erste Erfahrung mit Lead-Kampagnen (Instant Forms, Website-Leads) oder E-Commerce
- Gutes Gespür für Creatives: Hook, Angle, Format
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen wie CPM, CTR, CPL und ROAS
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Kundengespräche laufen auf Deutsch
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, dazuzulernen
