Remote Software Development

Bei SEDIWORK baust du Software für die Planung und Entwicklung medizinischer Teams. Du arbeitest hands-on mit unseren Kunden an unserem Produkt und übernimmst gleichzeitig technische Leadership.
Aufgaben

- Du entwickelst selbst und löst komplexe technische Probleme.
- Du gestaltest Architektur und triffst zentrale Technologieentscheidungen.
- Du führst andere Entwickler technisch, reviewst Code und sorgst für hohe Engineering-Qualität.
- Du übersetzt gemeinsam mit Product Kundenanforderungen in gute technische Lösungen.
- Du übernimmst Ownership von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz beim Kunden.
- Du entwickelst mit uns Team, Prozesse und Technologie weiter.
Qualifikation
Was wir suchen
Du bist ein starker Software Engineer mit mehreren Jahren Erfahrung und möchtest mehr Verantwortung übernehmen – oder bist bereits Tech Lead. Du denkst pragmatisch, arbeitest gerne hands-on und hast Lust auf Leadership, ohne dich vom Engineering zu entfernen.
Uns sind technische Tiefe, Ownership und gute Entscheidungen wichtiger als Titel oder perfekte Karrierewege.
