  1. Facilitate and lead scientific discussions with thought leaders and external experts.
  2. Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant therapeutic areas.
  3. Ensure AbbVie has a strong medical and scientific presence in key academic centers.
  4. Support research and educational initiatives, and respond to requests for medical/scientific information.
  5. Provide scientific training and updates to internal teams such as sales, marketing, and Affiliate Brand Teams.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining medical/scientific independence.
  7. Develop and execute project/territory management plans to support shared business objectives.
  8. Act as a main point of contact to facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and requests.
  9. Support the medical affairs team in engaging, selecting, and collaborating with thought leaders for research, advisory boards, and educational roles.
  10. Collect and communicate medical and scientific field intelligence (e.g., competitor activity, market trends) within the company, all in compliance with applicable regulations and best practice
