Remote Directors Chief Executives
Transparenz vorab: Das hier ist die Venture-Developer-Rolle – eine Festanstellung mit 60–75k € Jahresgehalt, je nach Erfahrung. Sie ist NICHT die Founder-/Geschäftsführer-Rolle: Wenn du direkt als Gründer:in ein Venture übernehmen willst (volle Geschäftsführungs-Verantwortung von Tag 1), bewirb dich auf unsere separate Co-Founder-Anzeige. Als Venture Developer kannst du dich über ca. zwei Jahre in genau diesen Founder-Track hineinentwickeln.
So läuft unser Prozess – kein Schritt ohne zeitnahe Rückmeldung: 1. Kennenlern-Call (20–30 Min.), 2. Big-Five-Assessment auf unserer eigenen Plattform (15–20 Min.), 3. kurzer Partner-Call (20 Min.), 4. Case Study mit Deep-Dive, 5. Referenzen & Angebot.
Zum Arbeitsort: Die Rolle startet remote (Deutschland). Wir bauen aber ein Office in Deutschland auf – vorzugsweise Berlin oder München –, dort entstehen die Venture-Teams, und dort erwarten wir dich regelmäßig vor Ort, spätestens mit deinem Team.
Aufgaben
- Venture Development: Du identifizierst, strukturierst und validierst neue Geschäftsmodelle – von der Idee bis zum belastbaren Setup.
- Testing & Iteration: Du entwickelst MVPs, testest Hypothesen im Markt und optimierst kontinuierlich.
- Operative Umsetzung: Du baust erste Prozesse, gewinnst Kunden und bringst Ventures in die frühe Traktion.
- Scaling Readiness: Du bereitest erfolgreiche Modelle auf Skalierung oder Ausgründung vor.
- Optional – Founder Track: Du kannst ein Venture als Co-Founder übernehmen und langfristig führen.
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Projekten, Startups oder neuen Geschäftsbereichen
- Starke analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
- Fähigkeit, schnell von Konzept zu Execution zu kommen
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Ownership
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Offenheit für unterschiedliche Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle (inkl. „unsexy“ Märkte)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
