Tasks

We’re rebranding and rethinking how we show up, what we stand for, and how we explain what Weflow actually does. That makes this a rare moment to join.

You’d help us build our brand from the ground up, then carry it through everything buyers touch: the website, the product story, the resources that help them decide.

You’d be our first and only product marketer. Which means real ownership of positioning, messaging, the website and the product narrative.

Your role:

• Own our positioning and messaging. Shape it through the rebrand with the founders and Head of Growth, then make it real everywhere it shows up.

• Own our website as a product marketing surface: structure, copy, conversion, and how the story unfolds across pages.

• Tie brand, website and resource hub together so they compound instead of sitting in silos. Build the product marketing library that helps buyers evaluate us: how-to videos, walkthroughs, comparison pages, sales collateral.

• Lead go-to-market for new features and releases.

• Keep our positioning grounded in reality: talk to customers, run win/loss, and track what competitors are claiming.

• Give GTM the messaging foundations they work from, so we tell one consistent story.

• Work with GTM, product, and design to inject our product story.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to technical or operations buyers.

• Exceptional writing. Clear, specific, no filler. You can explain a technical product without dumbing it down or hiding behind jargon.

• Positioning instincts. You work out what a product really is, not just what the roadmap says.

• You’re comfortable owning a website end to end: structure, copy, shipping changes.

• You want to be the one who owns this, not one of five people with an opinion on it.

• You think Product Marketing beyond the website-

• Fluent English

• Experience in RevOps, sales tech or CRM-adjacent categories is a plus.

Benefits

• A remote-first company

• Regular in-person meetups

• Top-of-the-line equipment

• An experienced, distributed and diverse team

• A competitive package, including stock options

We look forward to hearing from you! We value diversity of perspective and seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all backgrounds.
