The Associate Director / Director, Patient Marketing will play a pivotal role in the launch of Celcuity’s first product – REVTORPYK. REVTORPYK is a novel, multi-target PI3K/AKT/mTOR (PAM) pathway inhibitor initially focused on advanced breast cancer, with the potential for additional indications. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive, patient-centered promotional engagement strategy, lead the development of the patient marketing promotional platform, and create related tactics for patients, caregivers, advanced practice providers (APPs), and other nursing stakeholders. Additionally, this person will help represent the voice of the patient and caregiver in the development of brand strategy and commercial priorities. This is a highly visible, high-growth role that requires strong strategic thinking, superior cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate at all levels of a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Lead the development of the patient marketing strategy for REVTORPYK, ensuring alignment to APP/nursing, patient, and caregiver needs as well as the overarching brand strategy and commercial objectives

• Lead the development of the patient promotional platform, including messaging, creative campaigns, and promotional tactics

• In collaboration with Promotional lead, develop a comprehensive APP/nursing educational platform and omnichannel approach

• In collaboration with the Multi-channel Marketing Lead, develop a comprehensive patient omnichannel strategy

• Oversee the internal prioritization and review process of patient materials, projects, and resources through the Promotional Review Committee

• Partner with commercial operations, sales, medical, and market access to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of tactics

• Monitor, assess, and optimize promotional campaigns using performance metrics and insights

• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to manage assigned tactics and budget responsibly. Ensure effective coordination as needed and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

• Partner with patient advocacy to compliantly support advocacy-related and patient-facing initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance/legal standards for pharmaceutical promotions.

• Represent Celcuity as a trusted partner in the oncology community

Qualifications

Required:

• B.S./B.A. in science, business, marketing, or a related field

• 10+ years2 of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

• 5+ years3 of oncology marketing experience, including direct patient marketing

• Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns

• Product launch experience as a promotional marketer

• 2+ years Pharma sales experience, preferable in oncology

• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, including managing across teams and external agencies

• Knowledge of FDA regulations governing pharmaceutical promotions and compliance standards, including the Promotional Review Committee process

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of exploring new ways of working, driving new opportunities, and catalyzing others to build creative solutions

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills

• Solid planning and project management capabilities

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field

• Marketing experience in breast cancer

• Cross-functional experience in areas such as market analytics, sales, sales management, or key customer marketing

About Celcuity:

Celcuity is a commercial biotechnology company pursuing development of targeted therapies for treatment of multiple solid tumor indications. The company's first FDA-approved product is REVTORPYK (gedatolisib), a potent, pan-PI3K and mTORC1/2 inhibitor that comprehensively blockades the PAM pathway. REVTORPYK is approved to treat adults with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer that progressed on prior endocrine therapy in the metastatic setting.

The Phase 3 VIKTORIA-2 trial is evaluating gedatolisib in combination with palbociclib and either fulvestrant or letrozole for the first-line treatment of HR+/HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. A Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer, is ongoing.
