No Bullla, o desenvolvimento de software é impulsionado por uma esteira de Inteligência Artificial Generativa (utilizando assistentes como Google Gemini e Anthropic Claude). Você terá a oportunidade de acelerar seu aprendizado e evolução profissional trabalhando lado a lado com Tech Leads e desenvolvedores Sêniores, utilizando IA para construção de código Java, testes e automação de processos desde o primeiro dia.
Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de APIs RESTful em Java/Spring Boot e de interfaces modernas de usuário
- Aprender e aplicar ferramentas de IA (Gemini e Claude) na rotina diária de codificação, para otimizar tempo e qualidade das tarefas
- Escrever e manter testes automatizados (unitários) sob orientação de engenheiros sêniores
- Acompanhar correções de pull requests e aplicar os conceitos de Clean Code e SOLID sugeridos pelo time
- Documentar fluxos funcionais, rotas de APIs e instruções de ambiente no repositório do projeto
- Participar ativamente dos rituais ágeis (dailies, plannings, reviews e retrospectivas)
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Back-end: conhecimento fundamental de Java e familiaridade com o ecossistema Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs)
- Front-end: conhecimentos básicos/intermediários de desenvolvimento web (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) e noções de algum framework moderno (React, Angular ou )
- Desenvolvimento assistido por IA: interesse ativo e uso de ferramentas de IA generativa (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) como suporte ao aprendizado e à programação
- Qualidade e testes: noções básicas de testes de software (testes unitários com JUnit/Mockito, Jest ou similares) e de boas práticas de Clean Code
- Bancos de dados: conhecimento básico de bancos relacionais (SQL, consultas simples, tabelas e relacionamentos)
- Controle de versão: familiaridade com Git e fluxos colaborativos (branches, commits, pull requests, GitHub/GitLab)
- Interesse por mercado financeiro e vontade de aprender sobre produtos e rotinas de Renda Fixa e Crédito (desejável)
