Our calendar spans major international tours, headline shows, club events and festivals across drum & bass, house, garage and the wider electronic music space.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Paid Media & Digital Performance Manager to take ownership of company's paid digital marketing, tracking and performance function.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Paid Media & Digital Performance Manager will be responsible for planning, building, managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant digital platforms.
From there, you will take ownership of paid media execution, platform strategy, optimization, audience development, tracking, attribution and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
• Develop the right media mix for each event based on audience, location, genre, ticketing stage and campaign objectives.
• Manage paid media budgets across multiple events and platforms.
• Monitor and optimise performance across ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and ticket sales.
• Build and manage prospecting, retargeting, lookalike and platform-specific audience strategies.
• Lead A/B testing across creative, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Take ownership of tracking and attribution across all paid channels.
• Implement, manage and troubleshoot Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel and other relevant tracking tools.
• Ensure conversion events, ticketing journeys and campaign attribution are set up accurately.
• Work with ticketing and digital partners to improve first-party data capture and audience tracking.
• Identify tracking issues quickly and ensure campaigns are optimising against reliable data.
• Produce clear reporting, insights and recommendations for the wider team.
• Work closely with Charles and the creative team to identify the assets and formats required for each platform.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience across paid media, tracking and digital performance.
You should have:
• Strong experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Advanced experience implementing and managing pixels, conversion events and tracking infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel and Snapchat Pixel.
• Confidence troubleshooting tracking, attribution and conversion issues.
• A strong understanding of first-party data, audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Experience working with e-commerce or ticketing conversion funnels.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, attribution and performance reporting.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• The confidence to make optimization and budget decisions independently.
• A strong understanding of how creative impacts performance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience within music, events, ticketing, entertainment or another fast-moving consumer industry would be highly valuable.
