Sie erhalten klar definierte Aufträge, arbeiten eigenständig vor Ort und bestimmen selbst, wann und wie viele Einsätze Sie übernehmen möchten.
- Durchführung von standardisierten Objektbesichtigungen für Immobilienbewertungen (Innen- und Außenbesichtigungen)
- Erhebung relevanter Daten und Zustandsmerkmale vor Ort (Außenansicht, Umgebung, Zugänglichkeit, Ausstattung, Fotodokumentation etc.)
- Eigenständige Dokumentation und Erstellung von Besichtigungsprotokollen per App - keine Gutachtenerstellung
- Verlässliche Rückmeldung nach Durchführung der Besichtigung
Ihr Profil
- Immobilienhintergrund - Erfahrung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien, Bauwesen o.Ä.: z. B. Immobilienmakler:in, Immobilienfinanzierer:in, Bauingenieur:in, Gutachter:in o. Ä.
- Freiberuflicher Status / Gewerbeanmeldung
- PKW-Führerschein & regionale Mobilität
- Zuverlässige, eigenständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone oder Tablet & App Anwendungen zur digitalen Erfassung
- Freundliches Auftreten & Kommunikationsstärke
- Kenntnisse im Miet-, Kauf- oder Baurecht? Super, aber kein Muss!
