We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a remote team supporting Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer success with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure customers are getting value from the product or service.
This role is suited to someone who is highly customer-focused, proactive, organized, and confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
Position: Customer Success Manager
Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)
Holidays: TBD
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, risks, and potential churn
- Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups
- Support customer retention and renewals
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activities within CRM systems
- Track and report on customer success metrics and account performance
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teams
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with Multiplier
- Strong experience managing customer relationships and accounts
- Proven experience with customer onboarding, retention, and renewals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM and customer management platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to work Australian business hours
Nice to have:
- Experience with Monday.com CRM and reporting platforms
- Experience supporting Australian customers or businesses
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts
- Experience handling customer escalations and at-risk accounts
