Lead product discovery and delivery for an AI-powered recruiting product suite serving staffing agencies in the French market. Work with engineering and design to adapt and localize LLM-powered capabilities, from rapid early-stage prototyping to scaling and improving production features. The role offers the opportunity to expand product ownership across the region and potentially grow into product leadership supporting European expansion.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting LLM-powered capabilities to French staffing workflows and partner systems.
• Own delivery of cross-system solutions, sequence work with engineering into testable, releasable increments, and coordinate rollouts with partner teams.
• Research stakeholders and end users to understand French staffing operations and inform product and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype with users and partners, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to decide which solutions to pursue.
• Align engineering and business partners through clear requirements, options, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the French market to improve product reliability, value, and performance.
Must-Have Skills
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Five or more years of product management experience, including autonomous ownership of discovery, design, and delivery across systems and teams.
• Practical experience managing or launching production AI/LLM applications, including evaluating AI features, iterating on solutions, and implementing appropriate guardrails.
• Strong technical literacy across backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications, with the ability to discuss them confidently with engineering counterparts.
• Comfort working directly with clients and translating business needs between technical and non-technical partners.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a thoughtful, responsible approach to applying them in a B2B setting.
• Regular use of AI tools as part of day-to-day work.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in HR technology, recruiting, or staffing platforms.
Required Tools & Platforms
• Day-to-day use of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Product experience with production AI/LLM applications; no specific programming language is required.
Location, Time & Engagement
• Remote contract opportunity for candidates based in approved sourcing countries within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA), subject to current location eligibility restrictions.
• CET time-zone coverage is required.
• 40 hours per week, with an expected engagement through March 31, 2027.
• This is not currently a contract-to-hire opportunity.
